With over a decade in the property industry, Danny Green began his career as a negotiator and quickly rose to senior valuer, later setting up a successful land and new homes department for his previous firm. While proud of his achievements, Danny felt the process had become too transactional - more about numbers than people. He knew there had to be a better way.

That belief led him to take over Celtic Estate Agents, a long-established independent agency. Danny’s vision is simple: to offer a genuinely personal service built on trust, transparency, and support. At Celtic, it’s not about hitting sales targets - it’s about making moving home as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Danny also brings hands-on development experience, having built five luxury homes. His expertise in land acquisition, planning, and development adds real value for clients looking for more than just a traditional estate agent.

A proud Cornish local, Danny loves his community, enjoys a good sea shanty, and rarely misses a match at Home Park - usually with his son, cheering on Plymouth Argyle and the Green Army.

Nicola - Lettings

Nicola – The Heart and Backbone of the Business

A true Camborne girl from a proud Cornish family, Nicola's career has been defined by dedication, resilience, and a deep-rooted commitment to working with people.

Her property journey began in 1987 when she joined Paul Rutley Estate Agents as a secretary and estate agent – her first taste of the fast-paced world of lettings. After the firm was taken over by Hammond & Co, Nicola took a career break to marry and move to Northern Ireland, where she welcomed her first child.

In 1992, she returned to the UK and joined the civil service, spending over a decade at the Jobcentre helping people back into employment. This period also included four years in Human Resources – laying the foundation for her natural people-management skills. By 1999, Nicola had married Craig and added two sons to her growing family.

In 2005, she took on the role of Deputy Practice Manager at a local doctors’ surgery, where she remained for 13 years. Overseeing a team of 30+ staff, Nicola managed all aspects of HR while also providing frontline support to patients and the wider public — a testament to her ability to juggle high responsibility with compassion and calm professionalism.

In 2019, she brought her wealth of experience into the family business, joining Craig at C R Residential Lettings. From day one, she hit the ground running — working with landlords and tenants to deliver a reliable, responsive, and personable service.

By 2025, the business had successfully merged with Celtic Lettings, where Nicola continues to be the cornerstone of operations. She works closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors, making sure every property is cared for and every issue resolved swiftly and professionally.

Nicola has spent her entire working life dealing with the public — and it shows. She is the glue that holds the business together: a calm, proactive leader with an extraordinary attention to detail. No problem is too big, no challenge too stressful. Her cool head, approachability, and ability to get things done make her truly invaluable. Quite simply, she is the backbone of the business.

Andrew Williams - Sales

With over three decades of experience in financial services, Andrew has spent his entire career helping clients across Cornwall make confident financial decisions. Starting out with Pearl Assurance and later working with Halifax and Lloyds Bank, Andrew has built a reputation for honest, reliable advice in everything from investments and pensions to mortgage and Buy to Let planning.

Andrew joined Cornwall Mortgage Solutions in 2015, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for providing a truly personal service. He’s known for going the extra mile - nothing is ever too much trouble - and takes real pride in helping his clients achieve their financial goals.

Friendly, approachable, and always willing to take the time to understand individual needs, Andrew delivers tailored solutions and long-term support his clients can count on.

In addition to his financial work, Andrew also supports the letting and sales teams - chasing sales, taking messages, and looking after all property inspections and sales viewings - ensuring a smooth experience for clients from start to finish.

When he’s not working, you’ll find Andrew supporting his local village of Praze, where he volunteers and fundraises each year for the community Christmas lights.

Andrew is excited to be part of the next chapter following the merger of Celtic Lettings and Cornwall Mortgage Solutions, continuing to serve the Camborne area and beyond with the same trusted, personalised approach.

Born and bred in Cornwall, Louise is at the heart of ensuring everything runs seamlessly at Celtic Estate Agents. With over a decade of administrative and HR experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and efficiency to the team.

Louise loves nothing more than keeping on top of all sales and making sure every transaction runs smoothly from offer to completion – it genuinely puts a smile on her face.
